You would have to accept two layovers during your outbound flight to Nepal. On the other hand you may visit this incredible country for a price that is nearly cutted by half of an usual fare. Tourist visa is possible to get upon arrival in Kathmandu, in order to be allowed to do trekking you would need to obtain Trekking Permit and TIMS card.
