As mentioned you can in this case choose from various UK airports - the cheapest flights are available when departing from London, Manchester, Birmingham or East Midlands. The earliest departure is already on 13th of September however you may find flights at a bit higher rate also at the end of September. Where to book
The booking is possible directly with Thomson Airways. Currently plenty of travel options are available through September 2014. Flights are operated by Thomson Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Please note that only hand luggage up to 5kg is included in base fare, you would have to add Ł70 if you would require check in luggage up to 20kgs. Remember to arrange ESTA certification prior your outbound flight to USA.
