To reach the lowest fare available you have to consider to depart from Warszaw and return to London. Alternativelly you may also consider to return back to Vienna (in case of flying to Toronto). While this promotional deal of British Airways (and their partner American Airlines) allows to book the flights till the end of February 2015 we have managed to find the cheapest open-jaw flights within October and December 2014.
