We have found cheap flights from London to Thailand with SkyTeam airline China Eastern from just £309 for a return ticket. With this deal, you can fly out to Bangkok, Phuket or Chiang Mai with a layover in Shanghai. Most flights are returns to London Gatwick airport with some open-jaw options to London Heathrow also if desired.
To top it off, just like our recent post for London to Kuala Lumpur for £305, these flights have two checked bags for both outbound and inbound flights. All deals are for a roundtrip and inclusive of all taxes and fees, onboard meals, hand luggage and 2x 23kg checked bag.
China Eastern promotion conditions
If interested in this deal with China Eastern you will find the cheapest flights when departing from London to Thailand in November 2019 and March 2020. There are 2x 23kg bags in hold included. Fare class is Z. There are no details on the end of this deal so if you are interested in flying to Thailand, we advise booking as soon as possible.
We have seen flights at low prices available from London Gatwick airport. There are some options which are an open-jaw (when you depart from one airport and return to a different airport) solution also. These other deals available can depart from or return to Heathrow for a similar price. In this case, the flights will return to London but they possibly could be from Heathrow returning to Gatwick or vice versa.

Accommodation
Thailand offers something to cater for everyone. Bangkok is the most visited city in the world and it should be no surprise with nightlife to rival anywhere, ultra-modern shopping malls but also stunning palaces and temples in the old city. Phuket instead gives visitors a chance to enjoy island life with beaches galore as you would expect. But also the FantaSea theme park and mountain top Big Buddha sculpture. Chiang Mai is different again with it being located in the north of Thailand in the mountainous regions. There is history everywhere with its moats and walls in the old city and multiple Buddhist temples that can be visited. And no matter where you choose to fly to, you can be sure to find accommodation at Booking.com or Hotels.com.
